Delete your Baylanys account
This is a convenience translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version of the document prevails.
In the app
Open the Baylanys app and choose Profile → Delete account, then confirm. This takes effect immediately; deletion cannot be undone.
If the app is already removed
Write to alanatech.kz@gmail.com from the email address your account is registered with and say that you want your Baylanys account deleted. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- email address;
- name;
- all active sessions — signing in becomes impossible;
- the device identifier for push notifications.
What is kept
Order and payment information is kept in anonymised form — without your name or email address. These are primary accounting records: the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan requires keeping them for at least 5 years. After the account is deleted they cannot be linked to you.
