Questions before your trip

Didn’t find an answer? Write to support chat in the app.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Most iPhones from XS/XR on and recent Android flagships. Check in settings: “Mobile data” → “Add eSIM”. The app has a hint for your model.

When should I install the eSIM?

Ideally in advance, at home, on Wi-Fi. A plan’s validity usually starts with the first connection in your destination — the exact terms are in the plan card.

Will I keep my main number?

Yes. The eSIM only gives you data; your main SIM keeps working, calls and texts arrive as usual. Turn off mobile data on it to avoid roaming charges.

What if I run out of data?

Buy another plan in the app — it is added to the same eSIM, nothing to reinstall.

Can I share data from the eSIM?

Hotspot works on most plans, so you can share Wi-Fi with a laptop or a second phone. If a carrier restricts it, the plan card says so.

I’m already travelling — is it too late to buy?

No. If you have Wi-Fi at a hotel or café, buy and install the eSIM right there — the QR code arrives right after payment.

How do I get a refund?

If the installation details never arrive, the money is refunded automatically. Other cases are described in the public offer — write to support chat and we will sort it out.
